Admin module tour

The Compliance Bot admin console is where compliance teams run document checks, approvals, incidents and the knowledge base the bot answers from – with role-based access and a full audit log. Watch the tour, then sign in with your work email if you have admin access.

What the admin module covers

  • Dashboard

Overview of document checks, open findings, approvals, incidents, knowledge base validity and upcoming deadlines.

  • Checks log

Register of document checks with rating, findings and review status. Documents are not stored – only name, version, checksum and findings.

  • Approvals

Submit a document or process, compliance check, officer review, fix, then sign-off with two signatures (four-eyes). Critical and Major findings block sign-off.

  • Incidents

Register of ICT, security, data-protection and compliance incidents: classification (the DORA helper suggests, a person decides), regulatory deadlines, corrective actions (CAPA) and closure sign-off.

  • Knowledge base

The legal and regulatory documents the bot uses for answers and checks. Upload, replace (the old version is kept as Superseded) and delete after a confirmation step.

  • Users & roles

Who can use the admin console, in which role and for which knowledge areas – user administrator, knowledge base manager, compliance officer, process owner, reviewer, auditor, incident manager.

  • Settings

Security, retention, AI processing and sign-off settings for the installation. Every change is written to the audit log.

  • Audit log

Who did what and when: sign-ins, role changes, knowledge base changes, approvals and incidents. Newest first; entries cannot be edited.

Sign-in is by one-time email link; each person sees only the areas of their role. The console currently runs with example data (demo mode). No access yet? Ask your Compliance Bot administrator to add you.

For authorised users only. Signing in sets one strictly necessary session cookie.
